I am proud to be the founder of two excellent, thriving therapy centres in Sandbach and Middlewich, Cheshire. I work out of both spaces, ensuring I can support as many people as possible in the local area.
We have a varied community of counsellors, psychotherapists, hypnotherapists, clinical psychologists and other wellbeing practitioners.
With this in mind, I am always happy to make suggestions for you if you reach out to me and are unsure of which mental health support might be right for you.
